Sherbet sets the perfect stage for the boot scootin’ boogie of bittersweet citrus and tequila that earn the Paloma its spot in the Tex-Mex hall of fame. Red grapefruit juice from southern Texas and Teremana Reposado (cooked til earthy and mellow) churn together into our rich sherbet base. Swirls of chili lime curd, made with fresh zest a hint of chile de árbol, ripple throughout for a kick that keeps you coming back. Punchy, playful, and impossible to ignore—a scoop that truly captures the spirit of Texas.
