Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please check your package to ensure the dry ice is still working and your pints have remained frozen solid during transit.
- 2.Document Issues
If your order arrived melted or damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and the product condition to help us process your claim quickly.
- 3.Contact Customer Support
Email our team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos to initiate a request for a replacement or store credit.
- 4.Receive Your Replacement
Once approved, we will ship out a fresh batch of your favorite flavors at no additional cost to you, ensuring the ultimate salt and straw experience.
